I am just disgusted with him and even more disgusted when i see people bashing Rihanna as if she did anything to deserve to be hit, or saying "oh Chris couldn't have done something like this, i don't believe it." shut up you don't know him! Law enforcement sources have now gotten specific with us... police took pictures of Rihanna's injuries and they are "horrific."

As we reported, the photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer's face -- there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers.

And we now know this... Rihanna claims Brown struck her with his fists and that's what did the damage. There was no object used in the alleged attack.

Rihanna refused treatment at the scene, but before she left cops took photos. We're told the photos alone are "devastating proof of abuse."

Celebrities can do whatever they want, remember? OJ Simpson got away with murdering two people. Michael Jackson got away with molesting children. The list goes on. I for one, have to admire Rhianna for pressing charges. I hope the record companies and hip-hop/R&B communities finally shut up and don't try and put pressure on her to give in and say it was all a misunderstanding and let Brown off the hook out of court. This is outrageous. I know it should be "innocent until proven guilty", but whatever really happened his career is definitely over, and it has barely begun.

Just wanted to clear something up. The media keeps saying that Rihanna is not "pressing charges". I don't know what they are trying to intimate by this. But, there is really no such thing as "pressing charges" as long as the cops have sufficient proof to charge the suspect, they will. There doesn't need to be any cooperation from the alleged victim. "Pressing charges" is a layman's term for cooperation, but with photos and witness cooperation, there needn't be any victim involvement.

Also, I take offense to yesterday's posting about Rihanna saying that "you know you're in love when it hurts". I guess that people like Chris Brown so much that they are trying to find a way to blame Rihanna in some way. No woman deserves to be abused. PERIOD

Rihanna CHOSE not to press charges herself, this means that if he's convicted it will not be because of her. However, the DA CAN press charges if there is overwhelming evidence of a crime, even without the victim's consent. This is what is happening.

That worries me though. Why WOULDN'T she press charges against him for this? I hope I'm wrong, but she appears to be following a typical pattern. If she continues on that path, when she's healed she's going to take him back and it will happen again (IE Ike & Tina). I pray that I'm wrong and that Rihanna is stronger than that.
