In her defense, I will say that when she smiles (which is almost never), she's a credible runway model. But she doesn't have "IT". What she has is a boyfriend whose name opens doors for her.

Love Angelina, there really isn't that much to know about her...you are pretty much right in your comment about her personality. I have known about her for quite some time and find it quite sad that someone like this can be getting this much attention. She lied to escape service in the IDF by entering a fraudulent marriage, and bragged that it "paid off big time" when asked about it in an interview later! (that interview was given shortly after an attack killed several IDF soldiers). She claimed she couldn't serve her country because she was "famous" and as such "has special needs"! I could understand saying you are morally opposed to war or the army or whatever, but to lie to get out of it and then claim you deserve a special exception because of who you are? Puhleeze!

You could contrast that with another up and coming Israeli model, Esti Ginsburg. She's one of the fastest up-and-comers in the international modeling scene, all the while fully serving her required term in the IDF! Not only has she graced many magazine covers and appeared in several runway shows, she is also featured in the SI Swimsuit edition! Someone who makes a viable career AND completes her obligations - now THAT is someone who deserves attention.

About the cover: I don't think it's that bad or vulgar (I'm not mortified by it and yes, my self-respect is still intact). It's a beautiful body shown to a very specific audience: men. Adriana Lima's cover for GQ a while ago was more "suggestive" than this (she was pratically naked, covered by some leaves I think) and I still thought it was a beautiful cover so I'm not going to hate on her for doing her job here.

hmmm. i dont think its really her fault the photos dont look "classy" or "tasteful." you have to understand that photoshoots/ locations / clothing are chosen by the magazine staff. also the photographer instructs model how to pose or look. so if the mood doesnt look tasteful or if it looks trashy, im quite sure thats how the magazine intended for it to look. if it was a different magazine or theme it would be a different feel.
