Sarah Jessica Parker was out in NYC to take James Wilkie to school earlier today. She's all about the routine of walking with him in the mornings and afternoons, which shouldn't be interrupted since the Sex and the City sequel is not supposed to start shooting until the Summer. At that point, James Wilkie has Matthew Broderick to take him on any adventures while SJP is reuniting with her on-screen BFFs.

5Uh She is taking her son to school...she isn't trying to be urber fashion queen taking her son too kid. When SJP needs to look hot she does. This is a just a trip to her son's school and just because the paps take pictures of celebs doing regular stuff doesn't mean she has to be any less comfortable.

7It is not a matter of dressing up but why does she always need to look so seriously not well dressed in her daily life? After all, she is a fashion icon and she launched a clothing line and I think she could make an effort. People like Heidi and Sienna dress in normal clothes when they are out and about and yet, they always manage to look great.
8well - i guess it's just a normal thing that they are doing - i see parents walking their kids to and from school all the time here in NYC - i guess it's just more impressive since she's a big celeb? i don't know.
i can't wait to see them start filming the movie - since i know that they will be all around the city again!

10I love SJP she has great fashion sense. She is going comfortable here and why not? If she was dressed in heels and made-up everyone would say she is OTT for a school run. She does not have the manufactured beauty that you see in stars and I think she looks great. That being said....I am not looking forward to SATC part 2, while I loved the show on TV, I found the acting terrible in the movie SATC movie.
11I like that she dresses comfy just to take her son to school. That's pretty much the outfit I wear every day to class on campus.
