Heidi Montag shopped and got a manicure while Spencer Pratt filmed scenes for The Hills with Brody Jenner yesterday, before they met up to watch Snoop tape his new show Dogg After Dark last night. Most of you hated Heidi's Chanel nails, and now she's painted them with pink and red hearts in preparation for their Valentine's Day party in Vegas this weekend. Despite rumors they're planning a staged divorce, Spencer seems busy finding other new ways to be on the show — like playing matchmaker for his sister Stephanie and reuniting with Brody.
