Jennifer Aniston was angry that a paparazzo caught her topless so she sued. Then there was speculation that maybe she was doing something else. Either way, those images are sealed and a settlement has been made between Jennifer and the photographer, Peter Brandt. The case was dropped and Peter will not be selling those images anytime soon. Maybe this is why Jennifer was at ease this Labor Day Weekend while hanging out with BFF Courteney Cox.

Lots more pics of Jennifer and CC so read more

I love this woman, but she looks terrible in these pictures with Courtney....maybe she should think about publishing the topless-pictures!
Not at least I wanna see them *lol*!
Jennifer! i love her
awww i love pics of jen and court together, they are so cute and loving! Theres been no pics of jen and vince lately? hmmmm
who is that blond older lady with them?
I don't know..
I always like pics of Courteney & Jen hanging out. It reminds me of Friends
Courteney is so much prettier than Jennifer.

The blond lady looks like Lisa Kudrow to me.
They're just t*ts. I agree with Sica - I think Courtney should have been the big breakout star, not Jennifer. She's so talented and beautiful. I think she carried Friends.
I agree with Advah - I thought it was Lisa Kudrow at 1st glance but if you look at the 3rd pic, you can tell it is def not her lol.
I love me some Friends catch ups.
Good for her! That was crossing a line.
Oh playsindirt, Monica was my favorite Friends' character. But Courteney was not married with Brad Pitt, that's why she is not the breakout star as Jennifer is.

I heard on the radio this morning that she was in her house and the guy shot the pics from the sidewalk with a telephoto lens. She said it was an invasion of privacy (which it was) and he said that because he was on the sidewalk, he didn't invade her privacy. What an a**hole.
I'd love to have maniston's hairstylist for a month!
Same hair. Same nose.

I saw that movie, Derailed this past weekend ... Did not care for it at all ... I like her in a sweeter, nicer part.
What's funny about Jennifer Anniston is there is nothing glamorous or special about her, or Courtney Cox for that matter .... They look like normal everyday girls to me- Come to NYC and see for yourself, hang out in Central Park with a frisbee for the day, there are THOUSANDS of men and women much more beautiful than them ... And they are all natural, no make-up, hairup and shorts/tanks.
i love Jen, although, i do agree, she doesn't look her best here
Good for her
Good for Jen. The paps get away with invading privacy far too much.
I love her!!!
courtney might be prettier, but when both of them enter a room its jennifer that gets alll the attention becuz shes got this amaaazing karizma about her shes soooo adorable i love her
what does the line maybe doing something else mean..was she laying topless in her backyard masturbating or smoking pot? I don't get that insinuation..LOL! Did she get caught smoking pot out of an green apple pipe like Charlize? That was a great photo. Hey anyone remember the nude photos of Gwynth and Brad that Playgirl published? These people should stop laying out nude.
What happened to Cortney she looks very very old..on the other hand I love Jen!
it must be Courtney's choice not to be a breakout star, i don't see why she wouldn't have just as many options as Jen. her name is well known, i like them both, it would be great to see them in a movie together. a good comedy, their both funny.
Apparently, she was IN her house smokin' a doob. Should she not be in her own house, either?
Always loved Jen, think she is so natural...uses the same purse for, like, a whole season, etc. But has anyone else noticed how cold and almost sarcastic she is during interviews? I am talking about all interviews, even with Oprah! Very disappointing.
"When I saw her come out topless, I go, 'Oh, God, this is not what I want, this is not what people want to buy anyway.'"
Then why'd you take the pictures, paparazzi scum? And then try to sell them?
She can smoke pot if she wants and she can lay out nude, but she can't be too angry if she is caught doing it when she knows everyone and their mother is after a photo of her. I am all for their privacy but some stars do a better job than others in protecting it..look at the brad and angie compound. Very few photos coming out of there. If I was smoking pot naked in the privacy of my own home you had better believe I would be doing it in a bubble bath where no one could snap a shot of me. Common sense.
You ARE entitled to a reasonable amount of privacy within your own home.
I dont understand celebs, I am not famous, but I am very careful about what I do in the public eye. These people have mansions and barricaded homes, why do they get caught doing drugs and being naked if they dont want to? I just cant imagine it being that hard to contain those typre of things to my 5 million dollar home lol
I think that if you want to sunbathe nude in your normally private backyard then you should be able to without worrying about some paparazzi with a telescopic lens. Out in public, within reason, celebs are fair game. I just don't agree with terrorizing and stalking them in their own homes.
seriously, if you are that rich, build a home where you can have that privacy you want. I really dont care to hear celebs b*tch about this stuff, its so annoying, They have privelaged lives, maybe Im being a bit harsh, but if you are that protective of topless pics of yourself, and you know you are on the top 25 most wanted by the paps, protect yourself, is all I can say.
agreed sweet pea. homes should be off-limits.
I agree Mar. Its not that I don't think the guy is an ass. And its not that I'm not glad she won. Buuuuuut, there's no reason not to protect yourself. She certainly has the means.
I have to disagree with you on this one, mar. Everyone deserves privacy at home, famous or otherwise. A peeping tom is a peeping tom, whether they're a professional photographer or just a perv.
nobody knows if she was smoking pot, just like nobody knows if brad and angie's relationship is in trouble, its rumors!and if i was a star id do what i wanted in the privacy of my home and yard to, and keep suing the pants off anyone who messed with my privacy, the paps take thing to far, someone should start hounding them, it would be poetic justice.
you know what, I would love to sunbaith nude, but I dont, because of weird stalkers, that is my choice, so I think if a celeb wants to do that too, they better darn well expect pics top be taken. Celebs know what they are getting into on the quest for fame, I do think the paps go too far and should not take shots at peoples houses, but guess what? THEY DO so learn how to deal with it. Dont waist my tax dollars on this stupid crap anymore.
I dont see why it matters. Shes shown her boobs in movies not like we havent seen em. Was it a cooch shot? I mean kinda seems like since shes shown em b4 that she only wants people to make money off of them if she is making money to.
But it is sad that u cant do anything at all with out a cam following you sure its a price u pay but at home at least they deserve some peace. I realized there was a problem last year when I seen britney spears couldnt even walk her son around there yard with out helicopters and cams everywhere its sad it really is.
So if someone starts stalking me, and peeping in my window, I should just suck it up and move? Hey, I can afford to live in a better neighbourhood, so really it's all my fault anyway? The behaviour is still wrong I just don't think that it should matter if they're famous. Wrong is wrong, in my eyes.
i think it the point of her privacy being invaded, i think they should make laws against such things, even though we`re not famous, their are sicko`s who could do the same to us.
Laws wont stop these guys the demand is to high. Do laws stop drug abusers? no
just because their stars, that shouldn't matter, if you let this go then it will lead to more than soon, no one has any rights. there have to be boundaries.
and sweetpea, your hockey team might of kicked my hockey teams butt, but i like how you think! human.
Thanks babe!
And can I just say that I like how everyone is having a civilized debate here, with no name-calling, etc.. We don't all agree, but I really like how everyone is expressing themselves with minimal hostility.
lol it is great that so far is a nice debate
yeah there`s enough meanest in the world, we`re all never going to agree on things, but that's what this is all about.
I can't even imagine how claustrophobic a life a celebrity leads. Sure, fame is a double-edged sword, and there's more than enough perks to make up for the pittfalls, but it must still royally SUCK to have your privacy invaded at every turn. You can't even take a piss without some photog in your face.
So, I will have to (uncharacteristically) side with JA here -- good for her for winning this suit. One should have the basic freedom to sunbathe nude, get high, or masturbate in the privacy of one's own home, regardless of social status (not saying Jen was doing any of those, just that she has the right to).
Oh, and she looks like sh*t.
good 4 her
she looks awful but i am extremely glad she won the case. thank god...so what if she wants to make money off her nudity. its her body and she shouldnt be expected to just be ok with someone stealing her image and selling it while she was at home in the confines of her own home. i dont want pics of me published being nude famous or not... unless its playboy and im getting paid for them! hahahaha
anyways, i dont think it is fair to expect that she should just suck it up since she is famous and should have had better protection or been more guarded. it was her home. it is her body. she wasnt on a public beach or out in public. she was at home, surrounded by huge fences and someone stole those pics. heck, i wouldnt have done it but that isnt the point. the point is if you cant do something at your own home then where can you do something. when is it crossing the line for the pap's? i think if the pap's would have won this case then it would have been an opening of pandora's box. where would the line be? could they take pics of you changing in your house if your curtain wasnt fully shut...or pics of you changing your child and selling them and having the danger of pedophiles watching you change your child. and then what happens when it crosses over to noncelebs like us who are just sunbathing on our private area's where we dont think anyone is watching? i cant stress how glad i am that she won this case. that guy was a jerk and hopefully people will be allowed the freedom's in their own house.
