Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were all over NYC this weekend, which means they skipped out on commitments to host and DJ a Valentine's Day party in Miami on Saturday. While there are rumors another blowout fight is behind the cancellation, the girls asserted that it was sickness that kept them. Ronson said, "We really feel bad, and I work sick when I can, but unfortunately I couldn't drive to Miami, so I'm stuck in New York City with doctor's orders not to fly. Any reports otherwise are false and unfair." Lindsay was supposedly also coming down with something — possibly the girls had dueling ear infections? — and the event was rescheduled for March 7. Lindsay wasn't too sick to miss a day of shopping or to hit the Fashion Week events like the opening of the Matthew Williamson store last night.

huh - i never think that she would be too sick to work, but i guess if it's doctor's orders then that's that. i wonder if LL just really wanted to go to a show...which she looks great at btw..i love the color of that dress.
1I am really bothered by Lindsay. I think she needs some kind of professional help and I have not seen any good news about her for months, which is just really sad.

6I really used to root for her when she was experiencing her first downward spiral. But the girl never works, is clearly NOT sober or drug-free anymore (remember all the weight she lost when she was doing a bunch of drugs a year or two ago?), and just a giant mess.
I don't want her to hurt herself or for anything bad to happen to her, but I am not rooting for a comeback. I wish the Lohans would just go away!
