Heidi Montag put on a peach
Herve Leger dress and strutted down the red carpet with Spencer Pratt on Saturday for their
Valentine's Day party in Las Vegas. Spencer gave Heidi a large bouquet of roses and a bottle of champagne, but their dramatics weren't nearly as played up as
last year's holiday. The couple took pictures with fans and cuddled up in the VIP section for their first V-Day as sort-of husband and wife.
