Jennifer Garner wore her favorite Elizabeth and James top out on a Valentine's Day dinner date with Ben Affleck on Saturday before taking Violet to a birthday celebration on Sunday. While Violet continues to smile her way through life, Ben got serious in an essay written in Time magazine about his experiences in the Congo. He's spent a lot of time in Africa trying to raise awareness about the troubles afflicting the Congo. Ben continues to be a strong activist, and it's inspiring that he's setting such a good example for his two little girls as he uses his celebrity for humanitarian causes.

i always love to hear about how celebs are trying to raise awareness about different parts of the world, and ben seems to have a credibility that's helpful and worthy to a cause. aside from that, i can't ever get enough of violet and jen!
Buy the beautiful little girl some cute clothes to go with her adorable face
Wow, that was an awesome essay, and the photos are so heartbreaking. Kudos to Ben for having using his fame for good.
Jennifer Garner is beautiful and I hate even saying this but she could use a little mascara and some blush!
WTF? Violet DOES have cute clothes. No they are not designer outfits with patent leather shoes, but they are very cute and what all little girls should wear for having fun.
I love that kid! (As much as possible without knowing her.) She's so smiley and cute!
What's wrong with Violet' clothes?
Is Jen growing out her bangs? It kind of looks like it.
I love Jennifer and Violet!!!
Violet's clothes are cute, and suitable for a girl her age. Not every little girl has to wear designer dresses and custom made patent shoes
hmmm, I wonder about this couple...cute kid
love this family i would like to see the new baby!
Violet looks sooo much like her mom!!
