Sienna Miller arrived at LAX earlier this month to a waiting Balthazar Getty. It looks like theirs was a tearful reunion full of kisses, hugs, and cigarettes — safe to say they're still involved. Her trip to California was a short one, as she was back in London today continuing to gear up for twenty8twelve's London Fashion Week debut.
