Mandy Moore flashed her engagement ring as she and Ryan Adams took their dog for a walk in LA earlier this week. The bride-to-be couldn't stop smiling and troubled Ryan seems to be in better spirits too since taking a respite from his prolific songwriting and touring. Ryan hits the road again at the end of the week to play his last set of shows before splitting with his band, The Cardinals, following their March 20 show in Atlanta. Whether or not Mandy comes along for his final month on stage — for now — his future wife will be happily awaiting his return.
