Nicole Richie and Harlow wore matching expressions of excitement out shopping in Soho yesterday. Nicole's been scoping out the clothes at Fashion Week, but she's making sure to balance her time in the big city with her daughter as well. Harlow is looking more like Nicole and Joel every day and is inheriting some different stylish genes from both sides. She'll be checking out the runways with Nicole before we know it.
