Chris Martin and Coldplay were on double duty last night, kicking the evening off with a performance at the 2009 Brit Awards before heading over to the 15th anniversary concert for the charity War Child. He and his band went home empty-handed from the Brits, where Duffy cleaned up with three awards, but both he and Gwyneth seemed to be in high spirits after show number two. As usual, Gwyneth and Chris left the event separately — while they may never pose together, their happy faces can help quiet any lingering rumors of trouble.

i'm surprised that they didn't win more awards - but i guess that the Grammys were their show and this just wasn't. i'm sure they aren't too heart broken.

2i think they're dumb for going out there way to be apart in public events. It doesnt make sense to do it or announce it.
