Kate Winslet spoke at a ceremony honoring her longtime agent, Hylda Queally, last night in LA. Marion Cotillard, Abbie Cornish, and Freida Pinto were also on hand for the event, where Kate opened up about her pre-Oscar jitters. She said, "I'm permanently anxious . . . I wish I could tell you I've got it down now — that I have a system that involves baths and lavender and whatever. But I have no plan, I have no formula. You just go with the flow."
