The family has something to celebrate this week as well. Pax Thien Jolie officially became the newest official member of the clan by having Pitt added to his name. Hopefully Brad will wrap up Benjamin Button soon to help Angie walk their kids to school in Prague!

34He legally adopted Maddox and Zahara before Shiloh was born. Go read Newsweek. Angelina has said many times they are legally bound to their children. They can only be legally bound to their children if he had adopted them. Adoption records are sealed, so you'll never get the proof you desire. I know people who hate them try push the fact he hasn't adopted them yet - for some reason. They are his kids regardless. I'm sure Pax will be adopted soon.

38How would it be all over the place? They did announce it in a few magazine saying it was done shortly before Shiloh was born. The only reason you even know about the name change is that it's public record. Adoptions aren't.
39Just like the 'team jolie', 'team aniston' thing, some people are on team 'the adoption is final' and some on team 'no its not- (he is free to leave, take only shiloh and go back to jen'). My opinion is that the adoption is final, sure we have not seen the documents, but adoptions are sealed and so we will never see them, Angie has stated that they are legally bound to the their children,which is only possible if the adoption is final,plus a newsweek article with brad stated that the adoption was final shorlty before shiloh was born. neither side is convinced by the other so we should just let it be.
