Britney Spears spent some quality time with Sean Preston and Jayden James in her backyard earlier this week. The boys look adorable playing with each other and they have even more excitement with mom coming up. Britney is kicking off her tour on Tuesday and she'll have her sons with her on the road. Yesterday her hairdresser and bodyguard testified against Sam Lutfi, which helped extend the restraining order until March 18 with the trial resuming April 1. Britney will be leaving all that behind when her magic-filled Circus makes its debut and it sounds like the right time to get out of LA.

1This is the only picture of her that I've had a good feeling about in a WHILE. Seeing her performing and diving back into the biz still makes me nervous, but this is so sweet, and the best way for her to be spending her time.
2How in the world do they get backyard pictures? My grandmother has a more private fence. Or are they campaigning to make her out to be a better mother now?
3She still looks like she has no idea what to do with children. I feel so sorry for these two little boys.

6Sam is nothing but trouble! She is doing better without him in her life and he needs to stay aways.
7These pictures of them in her backyard are all sorts of wrong. It's good that she's interacting with her children but they deserve privacy.
8I can't help but think that if it weren't for the legal intervention from her father, she would go back to Sam and Adnan over hanging out with her kids in a second.
9Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how she is never smoking anymore?
