Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen already looked like a family running errands in LA earlier this month with Tom's son John. While he spends the majority of his time with his mother Bridget Moynahan, Tom and Gisele call California home these days to be close to the 1 1/2-year-old who who looks just like his daddy. Yesterday was a big one for little John — he was in attendance when Tom and Gisele tied the knot with an intimate ceremony in Santa Monica. Mostly just family watched the couple of two years say their "I dos" before Gisele carried John out of the church and the group went back to the couple's house in Brentwood for a reception. Most of the time Tom Brady is making headlines on the football field, but for now it's his status as husband that earns him an MVP.

1She carried HIM out of the church? I can't picture it. Anyway she looks like she loves playing mom to lil John. I predict she'll be knocked up before the year ends...if she's not already!

5I hate how the media and the gossip blogs have unfairly treated Tom and Gisele the whole mess. I interned with the Patriots marketing department at the time when everything went down. One Bridget is the not the sweetheart that people think she is. Two, they were broken up long before she got pregnant, they got back together briefly and then they broke up again, and that's when he started dating Gisele three, Tom found out she was pregnant around the same time that everyone else did and he was already with Gisele for almost 2 months by that time. I remember, everyone department was talking about it.
I'm glad they got married. They're a cute couple and his son is so adorable.

11i think that we should just give them the benefit of the doubt. you never know what's going on in people's lives unless you're in them. i'm going to assume that everything is and has been on the up and up.
i'm just surprised that they did it soo under the radar. didn't they only JUST confirm their engagement? i guess whatever works for each couple is just fine then. maybe he wanted to get all this over and done with before the pre-season starts since the public will be watching him to see if he CAN play this year and how good he does.

16ilanac, I don't think they EVER confirmed their engagement, unless I missed something. The second (or third?) time it was reported they were engaged, Gisele gave an interview to a Brazilian magazine saying it wasn't true.
I think they just wanted it to all be hush-hush so that they could have their wedding without it being a huge circus. Good for them!
17I feel so bad for Bridget. I never liked the 2 of them together just based on how things happened so fast when he had been with Bridget for so long and she was carrying his child when he left her! But, I don't know them personally (even though we all at times think we do) so whatever makes them happy- I just hope Bridget can find happiness too.

20I think it's sweet and fantastic that she obviously loves that little boy very much. If I was Bridget, I'd be happy that my son was lucky enough to get a stepparent who actually cares about his well-being.

The father really doesn't have a lot to say in whatever decisions are made and it's presumptuous to assume she went through with the pregnancy to try and get Tom back. She's a financially stable adult in her mid-30s. Lots of women choose to have a child at that age, whether an unplanned pregnancy, IVF, or adoption. Michelle Pfeiffer and Calista Flockheart adopted as single women with no children. Salma and Halle chose single parenthood.
