Keri Russell couldn't hide her smile as she and Shane shopped around NYC on Friday. They left adorable River at home after the trio had some fun together at the park earlier in the week. The couple stocked up on goodies from Paragon and J.Crew, but maybe they picked up some fun stuff for their little man on their day out.
