Nicole Richie and Joel Madden took Harlow on a trip to the fair at the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday with Nicole's little sister Sophia along for the fun. Harlow showed off her cute curls as she posed with her aunt and cruised the boardwalk with her family. Later this year Harlow won't be the baby of the family when her new brother or sister comes along, but for now she can still enjoy soaking up all the fun and attention that comes along with being an only child.

Yes, it's Lionel biological daughter with his 2nd wife Diana Alexander who is caucasian. He also has a biological son from the same ex wife

she does look like nicole, but nicole's not biologically related to her. Lionel adopted her when she was young.

14I never knew Nicole Richie had a "little sister". That's kind of funny. But jaan_black said "little sister is indeed Lionel's kid...she's adorable and has similar traits of Nicole (skin tone & hair color)..." But the fact that she appears to be Nicole's kin is not an accurate point of reference because NICOLE WAS ADOPTED (plus that's not Nicole's natural hair color lol) But that's definitely an easy mistake to make. I just figured I'd pass on the info. & the little sister is very pretty for a young girl. Harlow is cute with her little round face.
