Almost the whole cast of Grey's came out to support co-star Eric Dane who hosted the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball this weekend in Brentwood to benefit the homeless. Looks like he has quite a few good friends in his costars! At the event Ellen Pompeo had her wedding plans on her mind, however it sounds like she plans to keep things private unlike what we expect from some of her other engaged co-stars. According to People, Ellen said, "It's going to be very small...We were thinking about going away and getting married." Isn't that what cute Bradley Cooper did? It didn't seem to work for him but he's looking fabulous post his recent split.

3As for Marcia Cross, I've said before and I'll say it again, she looks great always. She really knows what works on her sin color and hair color.
Ellen looks terrible - it's almost as if she just (literally) rolled out of bed!

Also, that dress is not at all flattering on Sara Ramirez. I usually think she looks fabulous, but not-so-much this time.

Love everything about her look here (except the shoes, but they are forgivable) Sara...looks like the look I was going for for my first dance (in 5th grade) That dress looks like she picked it up off the sales rack at Sears..BUT she looks a million time better than Ellen..I dont understand Ellens sense of fashion...Probably because its non-exsistant. everything about her screams "FRUMP" That color is hideous, the cut...i dont even know about that. And her hair looks like she just got done doing yard work and thought "maybe if I just pull it away from my face, no one will notice" ick ick ick to Ellen Pompeo.

17I actually really like Ellen's hair. It's been cut, it doesn't look stringy and it's a healthy looking color. Normally, she looks like she has just emerged from a bad drug trip; this looks refined for her.
