Yesterday, Us Weekly released an explosive new cover story claiming that LeAnn Rimes is having an affair with Eddie Cibrian. You all were pretty split on whether you were surprised by the rumors. LeAnn issued a vague non-denial, and her husband expressed his love for her via Twitter. Eddie, on the other hand, flat-out denied the affair. Now, Us has released the full video of the two out on a date where they are seen kissing multiple times and holding hands. The magazine also claims to have more photographic evidence and the signed receipt from dinner. Yesterday's screenshot was one thing, but this seems like much more damning evidence. So what do you think — should LeAnn and Eddie admit to having an affair?

how can you tell that it's them ? it could be anyone..
1yeah the video doesn't prove anything to me. you can't see anyone's faces and its grainy quality doesn't help.
2as far as the poll, i think they should just admit it and move on, if it is true.
someone on the usmagazine site said that if this were fake, then lawyers would be all over it. so, i'm not sure what to believe.
3US isn't Star or the National Enquirer.
You better believe they made darn sure this was them & that their headline is true.
not to mention, Leann isn't denying anything...
And I saw pictures of her somewhere on March 13th & she was keeping her left hand in her pocket.
4Yes. That way everyone would shut up about it instead acting surprised when any celebrity cheats as if it isn't them just doing the expected. Like anyone really cares about what LeAnn Rimes or Eddie what'shisname does.
5This video looks staged and you can't even tell if that's her or not. I don't think it looks like her. Where's the 'leave them alone' option?
6We don,t even see their faces.
7"not to mention, Leann isn't denying anything... "
Maybe because it's no one's business.
8at this point is there really any need to deny it? whatever happens to everyone involved is going to happen, so there's really nothing good to come out of denying it anymore.
9I don't think they should have to "admit" anything... it's their own private lives and they don't need to address the issue with the whole world if they don't want to.
10That's not why she's not denying it. Did you read what she posted on her website?
11Yes because he has a young family.
12I am wondering if this could just be some hype build up for their movie coming out this week...
13Who cares?
14how was this video even taken?
15I just feel that it's none of anyone's business if they want to address it or not. It's their marriage (albeit a troubled marriage)and they can handle it anyway they see fit. Who are we to say they have to address it head on?
16where do they get these videos!!?!?! CREEPY!
17This is such an invasion of privacy..
I would HATE to be doing my thing...
18whatever that might be..
unaware that someone is videotaping me ..
It just seems unsafe..
I would feel violated..
Like it's going to ruin my life if they admit it or not. Please. Who cares, let them do as they wish.
19If they want to cheat, they can cheat. It's nobody's business but theirs and their spouses. And why are we so shocked? People cheat all the time
20Is anyone frightened by the fact that someone actually took the video without their knowledge (if it is Leann & Eddie - can't really tell)? This takes invasion of privacy to a whole new level.
21the bigger issues are the big brother camera's that us weekly is apparently allowed to have jimmy rigged all over the city. that isn't cool at all.
22This is beyond random.
23The paparazzi are out of control all the time. They use lenses that can see a mile away. Who knows if they are having an affair. I saw her on Regis and Kelly and she talked about the rumors but she was very generic. I know she got married at a young age, maybe 18. I can't remember. I'm surprised that she's acting in a movie. If they are, we will find out soon. I agree about US. They usually are pretty accurate.
24Yes,that's my first thought. Where the hell did they get this video footage and WHY?!? Who cares if these two people had an affair; it happens every day and its none of our business.
To the person above who said they should admit it? All the more reason they should not splash this all over the covers of tabloids and on blogs. There is a young family involved? Let them deal with it privately.
25there is no expectation of privacy in a cheap public restaurant or a street corner. they are having an affair, they are sleazy and apparently they think everyone is stupid because they are also liars.
26These are security cameras, right? It's crazy how they can get into all of your business. Signed receipt and all. The magazine is taking it that far and making it like it's the public's business simply so they can out them first. Wonder who gets the big bucks for that one.
27I don't know either of them but if it is true I think it's pathetic of them to cheat especially since they have families. Both should have gotten a divorce and stupid magazines like this wouldn't be able drag this mess out where the two children involved could one day see it. Shame on the mag and this couple.
Whether it is true or not, Lifetime is stoked because now everyone will tune in to watch the Nora Roberts movie. Great advertising if you ask me!
28I can't even tell if it's them.
29That could be any blonde girl. I still don't see this as proof. And is this video from security cameras or did Us Weekly hire videographers to hang out in trees and on ceilings to film this?
30geez, i agree with all who think this is an invasion of privacy. it made my skin crawl just to think of all the things us "normal" folk could get caught doing too.
regardless if they caught someone cheating or not, this video just seems wrong.
31If this is even them, I would bet money that the waitress who did a double-take walking past their table is the one who threw them under the bus. Everything is everyone else's business these days, it seems.
32Proof that even ugly women cheat.
33IF this is them, they are in fact cheating. But I agree, it sucks that this is taped...it is such an invasion. On the other hand, that's what happens when you are doing shifty stuff! I could care less if they are cheating but when you do this kind of shady crap, you should have to pay the piper!
34I just want to know why the waitresses are dressed so skanky?
35Kyla US weekly is a tabloid. Honestly can't really tell if its them or not. These are security camera images not pap photography. If anything these people need for some fine cuisine was the nail in their...wood. I just know LeAnn acted guilty with her blog post. Eddie did the right thing...deny, deny, deny until there is evidence.
36i hope they don't address it directly... two ruined marriages do not a tv-movie-promotional-campaign make!
37They can admit whatever they like... I'm more concerned about all this video footage. I'm guessing that this is security footage that's been made available to the magazine... It just feels so Orwellian and so creepy.
38Who cares, it's no one's business.
39Hey I once shared a meal with the love of my life, an ex pro baseballer. He had the receipt. Does that mean we cheated? Nope. In retrospect, if I hadn't been so damned scared, I *should* have...but the opportunity would never have been there. So give LeAnn a break.
40Ha - I agree with the poster above - why are the waitresses dressed so skankily?
More importantly though...this is a TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY FOLKS. I find it really scary that most people aren't outraged by this.
Someone above even wrote: "On the other hand, that's what happens when you are doing shifty stuff!"
It IS ORWELLIAN. Security tapes are security tapes and if a business wants/needs to use one for that specific purpose - SECURITY - then great. But to sell it or show it to 3rd parties, unless subpoenaed and without a choice, should be illegal.
Here is CA there is a movement to put GPS in all cars inorder to monitor how much you drive for taxing purposes. But that means someone ALWAYS KNOWS where you are and where you've been. Sh*t like that can come back to haunt you - even if you did nothing wrong.
People are so willing to say - "well, if you're not doing anything wrong, then you shouldn't be worried."
But there IS a certain expectation of privacy. Even at a public restaurant. That this kind of stuff is going on should outrage people.
What's next? What if you're pregnant and caught on tape having a sip of a glass of wine?
Outrageous. Really outrageous. All of these holier-than-thous with their "well, they were cheating!".
Well, revisit the end of Niemoller's poem: "And then they came for me".
41That video was creepy, but yeah they should just admit it to get it over with
42I honestly think this is all fake just to get more publicity for their Lifetime movie lol
43Leann, I'm shocked! Just kidding.
44It's not illegal to videotape without permission, as long as there isn't any audio. It's not like it's some new "big brother" like government scheme. As long as there have been security cameras, red light cameras, etc. we have all been silently filmed in public places. Not saying it's not creepy...
In any case, they're both idiots who wanted to get caught. And I'm sure Leann's husband does love his money-making beard.
45what if they are in an open marriage, then it technically isn't an affair!
46Joygirl, you're right on the money. I never quite believed that "husband" of hers...
47The video surveillance is there to protect the restaurant, this is not a case of big brother spying on them. These two should know better than to be out in public kissing ANYWHERE and I don't think Leanne would use something as shameful as this as a publicity stunt. People are so selfish, for gods sake keep it in your pants when there are other people involved....especially children!
48True, as others said the couple could be anyone really. Regardless is a scary invasion of privacy. If this actually is LeAnne and Eddie...it would be sad if this did break up their respective marriages. At the same time I think it is difficult to judge the situation...we don't really know what might be going on between them or their partners.
49They can't deny it. I feel bad for the wife of the guy, he has kids involved. Leanne is married but has no kids. So Leanne needs to butt out of that marriage. I like to think that among us women there is usually respect for a man whose married with children, I definately do. Those that don't are just trashy.
