Lindsay Lohan is back on the front of Nylon for their special 10th anniversary issue. She's no stranger to gracing the cover or posing inside of the magazine, so at this point she's like a natural. The interview took place before the recent drama in her personal life, but Lindsay was blatantly candid as always about her career and some fellow celebrities. Here's more:
- On having her picture taken: "I love doing photo shoots. . . I mean, if I could just sign with IMG and do ad campaigns and model more, I’d do that. . . because that’s fun for me. That’s not work."
- On Britney Spears: "She’s marketed as an entertainer, which is what she is. Not necessarily as, like, an artist. And I respect that about her, cause she doesn’t want to pretend."
- On her tabloid status: "There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession. I can’t change that. And yes . . . [it has] hurt my career – they’re like the Burn Books of Hollywood… but I really don’t feel like I should have to prove myself to anyone because of living out my college years in the public eye. I’m glad everything happened the way it did."
- On her future: "I'm talking to [lots of people]. One is Sean Penn — I spoke to him again the other day. We’re trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won’t call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you’re reading this!"
As rumors about her relationship with Samantha continue to swirl, it seems like Lindsay still has a lot to figure out in her personal life. 34I can't understand anyone finding these photos sexy or even attractive. The only feelings they inspire in me are revulsion and pity. She's all bones and hair extensions - no curves, no femininity. You guys complain about the audacity and honest of what she says, yet you complain at the overall fakeness of celebrities. At least Lindsay says what she feels and what's pretty much true. Britney isn't an artist. I love Brit but she isn't an artist. Lindsay is about 10x more talented than all of the Miley Cyrus and Hayden P. types. THEY are fake.

47I don't ever remember a time when I loved LL "to death", or at all. And "college years" should, indeed, refer to a time when you actually attended college. Her peak was not 19 - 22, she peaked WELL before that. 19-22 was when she threw her career in the toilet.
