Matt took a chance in NYC wearing his Red Sox jersey yesterday outside Letterman's studio. He's currently making the rounds to promote Ocean's Thirteen which comes out this weekend. We are totally excited to see all our favorite men come together, especially after seeing how much fun they were having together at Cannes. Matt says, however, that his relationship with George and Brad isn't the same as it used to be. Here's more from his GMA interview:
"There are a ton of kids now. I'm a dad and you know, Brad obviously has got four kids," Damon said. "We're a very different group than we were seven years ago, when we started making these."
"On the, the first week of shooting, we ran out of diapers and we had the baby in the trailer and I just asked Brad if he had a No. 1, because the kids were really small and our kids are really close in age," he said. "And George overheard and he said, 'Now, I have no idea what you two are talking about,' because that's a perfect example of the kind of thing you only know if you have kids. What the hell is a No 1? … And Brad pulled one out and said, 'This is what it looks like.' … And George said, 'Oh, well, you know, those are smaller than the ones I wear.'"
We'd give anything to have seen that! There is definitely no shortage of laughs when these guys get together whether it was their fun carefree days or now as doting dads.

13I don't know I may be the only one here but I really don't see the fascination about the main guys in Ocean's 13 (Brad, George and Matt). Sometimes in their interviews about each other they sound sort of fake, like they are trying too hard to get people to believe them that they really are the bestest of friends, no PR stunt.
14It's also funny you don't hear much about Matt talking about Ben Affleck and sharing tips on how to be a father. It's always about Brad this, Brad that. Maybe Matt realized that hanging out with Brad is better for his image and acting career than Ben, considering that Ben did hit a bump in his acting career (Gigli, Jersey Girl, etc.).
I know you guys will say "well maybe the questions are formed that way to answer about Brad and George," but Matt can also say "well I've learned a lot from Brad but I'm also getting advices from Ben."
I know there are many out there that like Matt and I'm one of them, but I think he has went all Hollywood. OR maybe I'm just sick of all three talking. Where's Don Cheadle or Bernie Mac. I bet they will give hilarious interviews.
OR how about covering other actors like Christian Bale, Daniel Craig, Clive Owen, etc. some more. I'm just sick and tired hearing about George, Brad and Matt.

17They had a HILARIOUS interview with George and Matt and Don Cheadle the other day. Don Cheadle was talking about how they are all dads, even George but his kids were in their twenties and still fighting paternity suits. Then George and Matt were talking about how violent and angry Don is and how they were scared to work with him. It really was funny.

26Hey thanks Isis, I was starting to think that I'm crazy for getting sick of these guys. And now that you mentioned Ben's brother is indeed in the movie. I don't like how you don't hear much of the supporting casts, when some of them steals the spotlight in some scenes.

31I don't think Matt and Ben are really that close anymore but I don' think Matt Damon has gotten all "hollywood" and that's why they aren't friends. Ben Affleck is just as "hollywood" it's just I think they've grown apart. It happens to the best of friends really.
And yeah there's a supporting cast, but these are the leads in the movie so of course they are talked about most. It wouldn't make any sense otherwise.
