Justin Timberlake clutched his phone yesterday as he ran errands around Beverly Hills. He's back in LA after a recent trip to Chicago, where he showed off his William Rast collection and chatted with Oprah on her show. They touched on quite a few topics, from the Grammys to SNL and his relationship with Jessica Biel. Here's more:
- On romance: "Romance is best captured in the spur of the moment. I think that comedy is very romantic, as well. You can plan this whole evening out and then things start to go wrong, and if you can kind of accept that that's going to happen, there's romance hidden in there."
- On getting married: "I just have enough trouble taking care of myself. It's a tough thing to sort of negotiate, especially for younger men . . . People change like the seasons. I'm going to be a different person next year to myself than I am right now. You [should] have that ability to say, 'I accept you for who you are and who you're going to become.' Because if we stop changing, then what are we doing?"
- On his relationship with Jessica: "I'm not engaged. If she is, we have a problem."
To see more of JT, as well as what he has to say about his dream job, the Grammys, and SNL, just read more.
- On his dream job: "Well, I've got to be honest. I still have a dream to set the pick, make the assist and play in the NBA . . . I love golf, so [I'd play the] senior tour."
- On being asked by the Grammys' producer to fill in for Rihanna: "Immediately, I'm like, 'What did I do?'. . . I got a chance to watch it back. What was so amazing about that performance is you can tell that we're sort of shooting from the hip."
- On stripping down to dance with Beyonce on SNL: "You put a grown, you know, pretty hairy man in a leotard, and it's just funny. I felt sexy in the pantyhose. I'm not afraid to say that."
Got to love how Justin seems to bring a little bit of humor to his relationship and his many projects, even if that doesn't yet include his next album.

We all know how I feel about him but, he was hysterical on Oprah. He had me, Mom, and Hubbin cracking up. Loves him ♥
1Normally I don't care for him, but I love what he said about marriage. And I'm kind of liking the glasses too!
2well - sometimes i have to wonder why people can't just be happy with the success that they have - they have to keep trying to do more things. i don't know - i do realize that he's just talking pie in the sky - but still.
as for his relationship with jessica, i don't know - it doesn't sound like he's looking to get married anytime soon and i don't know how i'd feel about that after being with someone for so long and living with them etc.
3I like the glasses too Miss Malone. I think it's cute that he started sporting them when he moved to NY.
4JT quoted as saying '"I'm not engaged. If she is, we have a problem."' That has got to be one of the rudest things I have ever heard a celeb say...makes me glad I only date non-celebs...at least they don't have the media in their face waiting to diss and dismiss me.
5Love him
I like what he said about marriage & romance!
6What is rude about what he said chelebelle?
It was a joke.
He wore this shirt in GQ! I think that is neat!
It is cool to think that he still has a dream job even after becoming this big pop superstar!

I didn't saw it as a diss. I thought it was a joke. He's not engaged. Meaning that if Jessica is engaged it would be to someone else... There comes the problem.
8I think it's entertaining when he speaks so authoritatively on subjects he really knows nothing about. Absolutely nothing.
9He is however exactly what he is expected to be as a bachelor with unlimited funds...selfish and self-absorbed. His novelty has certainly worn off with me; a vengeful little jerk is all I see in him.
I think his comment on marriage was spot on..I think it's a big reason for divorce in young peoples' marriages-when they change so much and can't handle it.
