Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony played with a baby on a dinner date at Cecconi's in LA last night. J Lo is fresh off a quick trip to Tokyo, where she showed off her rock and roll hairstyle and gushed about her own little ones. She seems to be all about kids these days, but we'll have to wait and see if she and Marc will find time to expand their family in the midst of their many projects.
