Recent Shhh . . . tattoo buddies Lindsay Lohan and Lily Allen took a break outside of Lily's concert in LA last night. Lindsay and her mom came to support Lily, and when she performed "Womanizer," LL jumped on stage to sing — sort of — and dance around while the crowd cheered. Lindsay's had a busy week fighting off rumors about both her diet and her relationship with Samantha, but we all know there's nothing like belting out Britney with a close friend to let loose and forget any stress.
