Halle Berry is on the cover of Harper's Bazaar's May issue, which also features the beauty striking a few poses inside a big bubble. She sat down to chat about her new fragrance line, as well as her relationship with Gabriel and lots about their daughter Nahla. Here's more:
- On how she keeps her "mojo": "I have a 33-year-old man. That'll keep your mojo mojo-in'."
- On whether she'll marry again: "No. I'm done. Also, I happened to find a person who feels done too, and he's never even been married before. So it works."

- On her golf dates with Gabriel: "The only reason I learned is for love. I was like, I'm not golfing; that's the boringest thing in the world. Then we only went a couple times and I realized, Oh, this isn't the boringest thing in the world. It's really fun and a good way to spend time with him."
- On Obama changing things for Nahla: "Nahla will grow up in a completely different America. Obama is someone who's more like her than not, who shares her history. Hopefully she'll grow up in a world where it'll be easier than I had it. I had a rough time. I was accused of stuffing the ballot box for my high school prom-queen election because they couldn't believe the only black girl in the school won."

28After over 100+ years of fake, photo-shopped images of white women on the cover "beauty" magazines like Vouge, many of you all are angry that a really beautiful and talented black women like Halle is being recognized. She doesn't need your sympathy about what happend to her in school; it's not just that some "mean" kids tried to make it hard for her. In fact, you're right--what happend to her is just the tip of the iceberg. She probably wouldn't tell you of all the other things she's gone throught because you'd be so angry and embarrased at the truth of what people of color have had to and still endure, just to survive in any professional endeavor--especially show-business--it's not her who would need sympathy; it would be you. All people of color could relate stories more tragic and pitiful that this, in dealing with White supremacy. Everything about your system is fake and designed for you to win. So, stop hating. Don't be mad because she made it to the top, when we're constantly bombared by images and sounds some of the most no-talented, mediocre actors/models/singers--JUST because they ARE white. You know the truth. She's fierce--and so is anyone else who can remain this lovely--aparently inside and out, when dealing with the obstacles she's SURELY faced. Yeah in a small way, it is about color, but don't hate the player. Hate the game, gamers. Just repeat after me, "I'm angry because I have every advantage, society is staked in my favor and one of THEM still has the drive, will and courage to defeat this rigged system. Can you spell, "G-O-D"?
