Great news! Sarah Michelle Gellar is pregnant with her first child, their rep confirmed to People. She and Freddie Prinze Jr. have been married for six years and both have new pilots coming out this Fall. She will return to TV on HBO's The Wonderful Maladays while he recently shot a pilot for a new comedy, No Heroics. Also in the Fall, we can expect the new addition to the family. Congrats to SMG and Freddie!

I love the fact that they first enjoyed the first years of their marriage as a couple and build a solid foundation before jumping into popping kids... Kind of like Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, who waited 7 years to get married and start having kids. These are (seemingly) healthy relationships !
