Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz were spotted out to dinner together in Madrid last week — woot! It's been too, too long since we saw this hot couple together, though we knew from sightings that even out of the spotlight they are going strong. We have big hopes for the duo going forward, but even if wedding bells aren't around the corner, we're still happy to see the smoking hot Spaniards together again.
