Heidi Klum brought her baby bump and all of her kids to watch Seal perform at Radio City Music Hall in NYC last night. When her husband took the stage, he confirmed Heidi's pregnancy again, said that she is "doing all the work," and then sang "A Change Is Gonna Come." The proud father seemed excited to share the news with all his fans in attendance, even if one of his biggest supporters, Johan, couldn't quite make it home awake.
