i actually DO want to see her on ellen and hear what she has to say. i think that people don't always want to hear her side of things....

Personally I couldnt care less about seeing Lindsay Lohan anywhere, I dont find her funny, I find her egotistical, and entitled and i think in that comedic video she did she was reading off que cards. I just think we need to seriously evaluate the calibur of people we "worship " as celebrities this day and age. To me Lindsay lohan is like an old wool sweater you washed wrong, all stretched out and worn and you just want to give it away so you dont have to deal with it anymore. I think shes become irrelevant.

i don't understand what she's doing that's relevant at the moment? she's not done any films, been dropped from ugly betty.... and made a mockery of sexuality.

such a shame because i do believe she was talented. i loved her back in the parent trap and she showed so much promise. then she made it from a child star into a teen star with freaky friday, confessions and mean girls.... look at the difference between her now and her cast members in mean girls- rachel mcadams and amanda seyfried have done plenty....even lacey chabert who in a way had more to do as she had to make the break from being a series star in party of 5 and so type cast.

LL should not receive all this media attention that she does, turn over a new leaf and get a bloody grip!

just when young girls see her as a role model and wonder how to deal with things like speaking out about sexuality they look up to people such as LL and when she has identity issues and makes it look a bit like a joke- i don't really think it sets a good example for people who would struggle with issues?

c4rolin I am sorry but being bisexual isn't anything bad. Its a freedom we all have, if we want. LL was very committed to Sam when their relationship was good and I have to say it was her longest relationship that I have seen.

If LL did anything its show that being bisexual is ok.

Also that role model crap doesn't apply to LL anymore. What has she done that little girls can go see in the last few years? Besides Ugly Betty...not much. LL isn't child star anymore.

she screwed so many crew members over when she went wild and prevented films from being made because she couldn't get insured. i've never heard her apologize to them -- only her "fans" -- and then whine about how no one takes her seriously. I'm glad she's such a mess now; it means there is some kind of justice in the world. I can only hope it gets worse for her.

love angelina- that was exactly my point. i'm absolutely agreeing with the fact that it doesn't matter what your sexuality is what so ever but the fact that LL flips between being straight, bi and gay shows that she's really messed up in terms of her identity.

i do think that she is a role model and exactly- she isn't doing anything at the moment that people should look up to! but the fact is if you are in the spotlight, you will be a role model to someone.

girls, guys both young and old struggle with issues of sexual identity and to see someone being so flippant about it i don't think sends out a good message.

c4rolin, do you know what a bisexual is? Other wise I don't see how LL is flipping between sexualities. She dates men one point and then dates a woman. Perfect example of Bisexuality. She never said she was exclusively into men or women.

of course i know what bi sexual is.... i believe she has claimed to be all gay straight and bi which is what i'm getting at. if she hasn't then ok...

obviously she is no kind of good role model, but the fact she is one to someone is also true.... i mean charles bronson is also a role model to some! (did i just directly compare the two... wow!)

i don't think she makes bisexuality seem okay... if i had never heard of the term before, and i only had LL as someone to look at in hopes of understanding, i'd think it had some pretty ugly connotations (so promiscuous/desperate/high/drunk to care who or what you sleep with). if my kid said they were "bisexual like Lindsay Lohan," it'd make me very worried about exactly what they meant.

Ranks, what does her past dating issues have to with showing bisexuality. LL and Sam dated for a long time...as long as you can date someone in Hollywood and it was by all appearances a good relationship until it went south recently. LL did date men before Sam. So to me its an example of a bi woman.

When I say she made it ok to be BI...I mean it as in who expected LL to be bi and date a girl. I didn't but because she has its completely normal. We don't we even bat an eye anymore that LL just got out of a relationship with a woman.

I always love watching Ellen's show whenever I can find it on the web because it's not aired in France unfortunately so I'll definately be watching if I can find the video of it somewhere, I actually think Lindsay's a nice girl, she's just got a very messed up life :s

i don't have a problem with bisexuality; people should be with whoever they are attracted to. i'm just saying that bi people probably shouldn't hold LL up as the poster girl... yes, she is an example that bi people EXIST everywhere, but she perpetuates a negative stereotype about them. she doesn't make it look "normal," she makes it look like something only crazy, drugged-out, party girls do.

LOVE, maybe it is because I have conservative parents, but that has always been the stereotype I've heard. LL and "girls gone wild" are the only ways some people think of bisexuality.

I love Ellen and watch her everyday regardless of who she has on the show. So yes I will watch but do I care what LL has to say- not at all. 90% of the stuff that comes out of her mouth are lies and she lives in denial so really what is the point.

LOVE, I agree with you that it is terrible, but it is a common belief. I said before this is not MY belief; I am only pointing out that the stereotype exists. If you don't think that that is a real stereotype that people have, then you are kidding yourself. People who already have a bias easily conflate a GGW type of girl with LL's hard-partying ways. I completely support LGBT interests and FOR THAT reason, I would not ever use LL as an example that it is ok to be bi. What the bi community needs is for more truly normal, stable people to step out and tell the world that their preference is born of true love, attraction, and open-mindedness -- not drugs and alcohol as so many unfortunately believe.
