Honor Warren practiced her pointing at the photographers out with mom in sunny LA on Tuesday before Jessica Alba headed into a doctor's appointment solo yesterday. Amid rumors that Jessica and Cash are already planning baby number two, any trip to the doctor fuels the fire, though the couple has stayed quiet on the topic so far. Jessica Alba didn't quite have the chops to beat Victoria Beckham into round two of the PopSugar 100, but, if she keeps up her smiles, there's always next year.
