what I am really sick of is these meaningless people that are always in the news. I even catch these tabloid celebs in the mainstream news which really annoys me anymore.

Agreed - this stuff shouldn't be featured on cnn or fox or abc (although clearly a large population must be loving it). But I appreciate that she's setting a positive example for young girls.

I know she was annoyed at being called plus size --- I agree with her that one can be curvy and not overweight... but she is NOT a SIZE TWO, despite what she says.

Good for her!! I'm glad to see someone with curves, and who isn't afraid to show them, pose for a completely natural picture. I have a body similar to hers (big hips, cellulite and all) and I'm happy to see her show off her non-size 0 body. Not everyone is built like Heidi Klum and we should embrace that fact. Go Kim!!

it doesnt matter who she is. people are paying attention to her & at least she's using that to be positive about something that really matters. yes, even though it's not a war or the "swine" flu, teaching girls to love their bodies no matter what... that matters.

i have nearly the same measurments as she does (35-26-38) but im a 36B (a SMALL B)... im surprised her bust isn't bigger. Maybe she has a super small rib cage and big breasts where i have a big rib cage and small ones...

I think she could fit into a size two in dress sizes. I have a friend with similar measurements and she is anywhere from a 2-6 in dress sizes, depending on the cut of the dress and the designers.

as for the size 2... i have very similar measurments and i am 5'2" ...i am a size two in high waisted skirts in places like Express. definitely not in jeans though with thighs and a butt!

I think she's great, but I just don't think there is any way she is a size 26 waist. I have a size 28 waist and people tell me I'm too thin.

Her body is great, and she has the face to match. I have similar measurements, though my waist is smaller. However, I'm not as pretty as Kim. She is the whole package as far as looks are concerned!

I was thinking about the size 2 thing on my way home from work. I'm 5'11" tall. My waist is 27" and my hips are 38" and I wear a size 8 in most pants and a size 10 in jeans. In a dress I'm a size 8 as well and my chest measures 38". I'm not too sure about this size 2 business. A size goes by measurements and I don't think sizes differ by height.

I think it's great that she's putting real photos of herself out there and showing that she's neither fat or skinny but human; she's also in the latest edition of US style update mag in a bikini and looks great

oh GOD...here we go again.what she doesn't get is that people just want her to stop lying that she's a size 2,that's all.

It's weird to me that these women are constantly telling you how much they love their body and love their curves but are super quick to tell you that they are a size 2...it's like the "I'm breezy" phone call in that episode of Friends! I think that if you are trying to portray this confident curvy chick you shouldn't have to validate it with the fact that you wear one of the smallest sizes available.
All that aside, I applaud her for the cover sans airbrushing.

Its nice to see she is comfortable with her body, but she is still not being honest. I feel like she fit into a size 2 at one point in her life and thinks she still can. If she wants to be honest about her body I think she should should just admit she is more like a size 4 or 6.

i'm confused. if she's those measurements then why is she saying she's a size 2? she looks great. but 40 inch hips is no where near a size 2.

I just love that Kim is being honest about her body. I just watched her on Tyra and they were both discussing their problem areas. Kudos to Kim for coming clean about her body issues.

She is a size two dress size. When celebrities say they are a size whatever, they are going by dress size. Thus, since Kim is pretty small on top, she can fit into a size two dress that has a flowy bottom. Get it? Good.

Size 2/4 with 40-inch hips? Bull crap, plain and simple. Try going in stores like Kohl's or Old Navy. No way she could fit into a 2/4 there.

omg my fiance was right that i have the same body as kim&now it turned out that i have the same measurements i think i have to start looking@myself in a deferent way i always see myself as the fat girl who need to lose weight but if i have the same body measurements as kim that means that people see me the same way i see kim and she is not fat she is supper hot!

Size 2. I am skeptical. She's got too much booty for that. I think Kim looks great. Happy to see her embrace her curves. I wish people would just drop the whole dress size thing. There are so many healthy toned women trying way too hard to get down to a 0/2, just to say they are that size, when they look great where there are whether it is 2, 6 or 16. RE: the 35" bust? I totally believe it, if I work out for 2 weeks, I have a 36" bust, and I.m nowhere near my target weight yet. (Now I am 37" in the bust and about a size 18). I wouldn't be shocked if I got to my target and ended up at 35 or even 34. Some people are just narrow up top. A lot of pear shaped girls are built that way, but if you are bigger than a C it seems like you are wider there.

I love kims body, im curvy myself && i am constantly being called overweight, i have no cellulite though, no stretch marks. im very self conscious but kims body is AMAZING && im very happy that she is happy with it. && she is setting a great example for other girls.

I think she does these interviews more for attention rather than to be regarded at as a positive role model. Having said that, I think that she is helping girls with their self image. The stick thin model look is not realistic for most women. While I do not have anything against naturally thin people, I think that all the actresses who claim to be this way make society strive for something very unhealthy (they can't all be so naturally tiny!). Kim is beautiful and it is unfortunate that she has to defend her curves so frequently. For the record, I do not think her sister Khloe is overweight. I would love to know her height and measurements... everyone acts as if she is amazon. She probably isn't even that abnormally large.

I think she has a really great, feminine body... but she's not fat. At all. I feel sorry for anyone who is overweight and has to deal with patronizing women like her insisting that their flat stomach and shapely legs, arms, etc. are "fat" just because they're not stick thing.

Unless it's fabric that is VERY elastic, I find it hard to believe she'd fit her big bust into a size 2 "dress".

I do like that she's being honest and open about her body, but she needs to drop it. I think she keeps talking about it because it's the only thing she has to talk about. She's like Paris - she's famous for being famous.
