Jennifer Garner was spotted in NYC today where she's continuing to promote Ghosts of Girlfriends Past including a stop by Letterman tonight after the LA premiere earlier in the week. She has Violet along and last night the two went to go see The Little Mermaid on Broadway together. Today it was all about shopping at the Jacadi Paris store and while Jennifer looked at a few outfits for her little girls, Violet set her sights on some new shoes and sunglasses. The girls had lots of fun together in New York back when Jen was on Broadway, and it looks like there are still plenty of adventures to have in the city as Violet grows up.

10OK - I love, love, love Jennifer Garner, please don't get me wrong, but really... She has GOT to stop dressing so frumpy!! I get that she is 'the girl next door', but she simply must give the running shoes a rest. I thought I'd welcome any sight of her out of the ill fitting Seven A-pocket jeans but this look is a million times more tragic. Bad bad pants, a terrible sweater, no make-up, ever present running shoes. I feel depressed just looking at her. I am in love with this girl but she has got to put Rachel Zoe to better use. Surely we can do better. PLEASE!!! I beg.
