George Clooney has been spotted all over Miami lately, and he couldn't hide from the paparazzi this weekend. He graciously signed a few autographs for fans between dinners and nights out before suiting up on the set of Up in the Air. Most of you still appreciate George's late nights partying with the ladies, and it looks like he's on his way to keep celebrating right on through his 48th birthday on Wednesday. On a more serious note, George is also supporting his friend Rande Gerber in his sexual harassment lawsuit — he's agreed to testify in the court hearing.

well we all knew that he and randy were great friends since we've seen them together in Italy on the boat. i hope that the lawsuit gets resolved - that's not a fun thing to deal with.

2I used to work at a restaurant in Malibu that rande would frequently eat at (sometimes with cindy, sometimes without). These rumors and reputation are nothing new. This was something I saw and heard first hand. I'm not surprised.
3I'm very sorry Rande has to deal with this right after his father's death. George being on the stand for him might not be very helpful,though, seeing as George is the womanizer and the hypocrite HE is. One minute he wants to be taken serious with his causes and the next he's out with 24 year olds, half his age, in Miami. Yeah, Rande, he'll be a lot of help.
