Jennifer Aniston looked radiant in her LBD stopping by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon yesterday to visit her friend and chat about her new film Management. Jen was laughing and comfortable the entire interview, easily teasing Jimmy and even trying her hand at being the interviewer instead — perhaps there's a late night TV career in her future? She joked about her clubbing days and the ridiculous outfits she wore, while exploring the world behind the desk. She managed to slip in a SmartWater shoutout before Jimmy challenged her to a bowling faceoff. Check out all the videos below.

18She was great on Jimmy Fallon. Jimmy's still fumbles and gets nervous when he interviews and he does best with guests who are more interactive like her. I was surprised to see how chummy she was with him.

She should host her OWN talk show... She's funny & does a great job. Question! Which would you prefer - day-time or at night? Women talk show hosts seem to hold their own during the day, while the night belongs to the men... Maybe if Jen gets enough positive feedback, she'll take on the men & win.

24Jen was very funny at times, but too nervious, constantly touching her hair, and I missed sincerity in her words. Too much acting is not always an option when one feels insecure.

she was trying way TOO hard!!! she looked uncomfortable: constantly fumbling with her hair... she stumbled for words. she really isn't articulate at all.
i used to LOVE her, but now u can tell she is NOT comfortable in her own skin.
also, when she raises her eyebrows, her facial features don't change... TOO much botox! she needs to age gracefully and people will love her much more for that!
