Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt followed up their
family-filled Mother's Day lunch with a stop by the Ivy yesterday afternoon. The couple didn't eat, but they welcomed the attention as they kissed and posed. After actual lunch at Il Pastaio, they took the show to Ilori, where Spencer played with his BlackBerry as Heidi shopped for sunglasses.
