Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt followed up their family-filled Mother's Day lunch with a stop by the Ivy yesterday afternoon. The couple didn't eat, but they welcomed the attention as they kissed and posed. After actual lunch at Il Pastaio, they took the show to Ilori, where Spencer played with his BlackBerry as Heidi shopped for sunglasses. Spencer kept his Twitter updated, including frequently tooting his own horn for his new rap single and promoting Heidi's bikini music video they shot in Mexico — check it out after the jump. In the video she debuts her new name, Heidi Pratt, which she officially changed to keep things traditional. Speaking of which, Heidi's infamous photo shoots are about to become even more risqué when she hits Playboy later this Summer.

2I've been a long-time lurker of Popsugar but rarely comment but for whatever reason this morning, I feel compelled to please, please ask whoever posts stories on Popsugar to significantly reduce if not altogether quit featuring stories on Heidi and Spencer. It's mundane, predictable, and only feeding their 15 minutes of fame. I'm curious to see if these stories even generate any interest in your readers to begin with.
