See Ms. Jessica Alba, you can do a man's mazagine without taking your clothes off and doing sexy poses while promoting a project.

Am I the only one who thinks Mandy Mooooooooo a bit too full of herself?!?!? She's fug and chub. Also, she is NOT famous!!! Who even pays any attention to her despite he constant ramblings about herself. Comparing herself to people who are actually famous is probably the only way she has managed to stay relevant enough that anyone is willing to interview her.

I love Mandy Moore, she's always been adoreable. I'm looking forward to hearing some tracks off of this new ablum.

I just think she has this holier than thou aloof attitude and thinks she is better than everyone else in her age group even though she has accomplished a fraction of the commercial success. I'm not saying commercial success is the only gauge, but she has no place to be so smug. I think she's just insecure about her weight and bad skin. I'd cover up that chub too if I were her!

I guess she can't be a pillar of society like Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, or Britney Spears.

I'm completely offended that anyone would imply that Mandy Moore is a "chub". Are you serious? Or just looking to shake things up? I'm betting you are just looking for attention because Mandy Moore is far from overweight.

And as for her "holier than thou aloof attitude," i don't think she does it intentionally. she isn't in rehab, in jail, causing a stir by starving herself or showing her private parts, complaining about not being taken seriously, etc. she doesn't relate to all the young starlets because she lives a completely differenty lifestyle from them.

I think Mandy Moore is better than others in her age group. She hasn't been as successful b/c she doesn't play up to the sex-pot image, so even though she is talented, the media doesn't pay attention to her. At least Mandy is actually doing something for a living - singing, acting, designing clothing - instead of just shopping all day, going to bars, and entering rehab. I commend her for being herself, even if that does mean she's a bit "holier than thou."

And I love that there was a comment about Mandy's "bad skin". Have you even seen the girl? I can't remember where I read this, but many celebrity makeup artists have been quoted saying that Mandy has the most flawless skin they have ever worked with. That's how she gets away with being so natural with her makeup.

Anyway...I love Mandy Moore. I have always felt she was far too talented for her own good. Talent and fame just didn't seem to fit her because she is such a normal and humble person. It's a breath of fresh air for someone in the business to be so grounded. I was fortunate enough to meet her right before her career took off (I believe she was about 15?) and I have run into her throughout the years and throughout her successes and she is still that same sweet 15 year old I met years ago. Fame has not changed her and I love that!

But her album Coverage is great. If you don't own it, you should!

I think the new album is fantastic, and while she hasn't had the over the top commercial success of Britney and Christina, I think that she has maintained a very successful film and music career. I love the new album All Good Things and Extraordinary are great tracks. Nothing That You Are is my favorite.

I'm so happy that majority here think Mandy is wonderful, talented, a breath of fresh air and directly/indirectly disagrees with DARKNTWISTY'S comments about Mandy and her "chubiness."

and one last thing...let's not forget she's on FREAKIN' BLENDER magazine. while most would opt to take thier clothes off, Mandy Moore isn't being overtly sexual in a man's magazine to generate buzz; therefore already making her "better than everyone else". I have now more respect for her for not conforming to Blender's sexy images.

As a matter of fact, other blogs have posted these photos of her inside Blender magazine and they praised her for not caving in on doing sexy poses. So there you go.

I'm not a huge Mandy fan because I think she acts a little too "cutesy" for my taste; that's just my personal thing. However, I do acknowledge her talent and beauty. There's nothing chubby about her--she's skinnier than the average female, and healthier than the run-of-the-mill Hollywood star. The fact that she isn't starving herself to fit some kind of mold is commendable. And her skin is lovely.

I love, love, love it when people say "I read somewhere that ..." Newsflash - that's a huge bullsh*t indicator. If you look at Mandy's face up close in the pics posted a couple days ago, you will see that she is wearing tons of cakey make-up and she has crazy gross blemishes. and if others don't find her chunky - they just have a different perspective than me. I think her calves, thighs and midsection are untoned and thick. And Talented??!?!? Her meager measure of success just doesn't support that - no matter how much she can't help but talk about how awesome she is.

If she's not famous, then why in the world would there even be any pictures of her to look at to notice her make-up. Hmmm...just another jealous female. Mandy should be commended for standing her ground. I was so shocked to see her posing for Blender AND keeping her clothes on. Honestly, i doubt that mandy would even be famous if it mandated removing clothes and acting crass and undignified. She is too classy for that. She deserves all the coverage she gets and by the way, Jessica Biel isn't rail thin either...in fact, a little more muscular than mandy...does that make her a chub and thick? I think not.

Ha - Jessica Biel (who by the way - isn't so fantastic in the looks category) is more than a little more muscular than Mandy Moo. There's no comparison - Biel is in tip top shape and very toned. Mandy has not an ounce of tone on her body - she's just pounds (and pounds) of jiggly flesh.

I love Mandy´s chubby body and especially her bum which is one of the most amazing around !!!
