A pregnant Ellen Pompeo went about her regular routine in LA yesterday while last night Meredith Grey's life took some unexpected turns. The double dose season finale of Grey's Anatomy was chock full of intense moments right up to the huge cliffhanger that left two lives in jeopardy. Shonda Rhimes stayed coy addressing a few of the plotlines, but for now we'll have to wait to see what happens next season on the reinvigorated show.

Woo! What a season finale! Last 30 minutes kept me in tears and on the edge of my seat! Can't wait for next season!
1Ellen will be showing so I am thinking they would write the pregnancy in since they are married- well sorta married.

I kinda feel like she's gonna be getting some work done pretty soon.. she is not aging very well.. if you look back at season 1, it doesnt look like just 4 years-
2well i think that we all knew that TR was leaving but the way that they are doing it really shocked me. you think one thing and then POOF it's not at all what you're thinking. as for KH - is she leaving or no?
i love that ellen's character is more human these days. she was going through a rough patch for a while.
3i love how i loved & hated the season finale. loved the episodes HATE the cliffhanger!
4I could not believe how good the finale was. I abandoned that show entirely early on this season for all the obvious reasons (surgery on a deer, sex with a ghost, etc). I tuned in last night on a whim and it did not disappoint.
5What's this?? Not the usual "so and so and her bump were running errands".
6I always thought that once you get pregnant you don't have a choice to leave that "bump" at home. Then I started reading Popsugar and realized that it's possible to leave it at home then take shopping. Oh well..
We don't know anyone is leaving yet; Shonda is being very coy in her reponses. I love Ellen's little bump! She looks so great!
