That's not true. He was a movie star and on magazine covers before she began her career and he would still be a big movie star on his own if they broke up. I've been a fan of his career since Thelma and Louise in '91. He's always taken on diverse roles, like 12 Monkeys & Kalifornia, although I prefer Legends of the Fall and River Runs Through it more.

That's not what I mean. People don't care about his posts on these blogs unless Angie's involved. Sad. I mean he's made some decent movies and makes interesting choices, but ANGELINA JOLIE just arrived in Cannes!! What will SHE be wearing on the red carpet? It's just kind of sad. He's a purse holder.

That's true of most gossip mags/blogs/etc. Fashion, hair, jewelry, etc. Even the red carpet interviews at award shows focus more on women and what they wear. It's just a big part of that aspect. Today in Ann Curry's interview she kept trying to talk about his personal stuff when Brad tried to talk about the film, and she asked who dressed him. Unfortunate for fans who are interested in the work. Although I am also curious to see what Angelina will wear on the red carpet, but it's not my first priority.
