i just watched her interview with tyra-- she couldnt maintain eyecontact at ALL! which to me means she is lying straight out... the girl knows she is sick. i am just surprised tyra didnt call her out on it...

of all the people who should intervene that i think could affect her it should be brody. if girl thinks she looks sexy..he should be the one to go um honey... im sick of bruising my hips..and id like something to grab...you need a twinkie..or two or three. she might do it for him if she's in love.

I honestly don't think she looks bad in these pictures, Nicole's only a little shorter than me and have the same problem - If I lose weight people start to think I have an eating disorder, If I gain they think I'm fat. If you see photos of her before Simple Life and before the drugs, she is actually quite slim.
If her family and friends say she's fine, then leave her to it, how will it benefit her health with the media constantly saying negative things about her weight?

How can Brody help her? Didn't Adam try????

But apparently she was 'bigger' during those seasons (1 and 2) was because of the rehab, she put on some weight during it.

I love Nicole, but no matter watch she says, that "nothing is wrong", something obviously IS wrong. She's most likely underweight for her height and on some shows she has said she's 5'2'', maybe she's trying to make herself sound and look more acceptable, by stating she's 5'1'' now. I know it's just an inch, but whatever. Brody and/or Lionel should try to do more to help, or someone she's close to that she'd listen to.

i don't know if adam did try...and i think his prob may have been he was an ex-fatty and he probably had weight issues of his own. he might have actually made it worse because if he was self-conscious of eating..it may have made her even MORE self-conscious of eating. i don't know. my mom has anorexia issues and the only times she would gain weight is when her significant others would encourage her to...

I have nothing bad to say about Brody (well...other than that whole Kristen thing..ewwww...). He really does seem like a nice guy. I'm hoping that he'll be able to help her.

She's underweight. period. And, regardless of how she got there, it's still unhealthy. It's just as healthy to be underweight as it is to be overweight...perhaps almost more so because your body may not have the proper nutrition which can lead to all sorts of problems. She does not look okay. She looks unhealthy.

Nicole looked so very cute circa season 3 of The Simple Life and then it just got out of control. Maybe she is naturally thin, but this is beyond thin. Think about how the camera "adds 10 pounds" If we were likely to see Nicole in person, I am sure it would be scary. I can't imagine how no one is intervening.

Exactly Sioux...it's NOT high metabolism for her. Someone like me, I've been tiny my whole life, and cannot gain weight for the life of me. There's a big diff between me and her though...she does not have a small, petite body build. Something IS wrong...

yeah thats how i am FB..and i remember only one time in my life did i get to the point she's at..and that was like in junior high when i had my growth spurt and the weight didn't catch up for a year or two. you don't get thin like that when you're an adult unless you stop eating or exercise like a lunatic and don't increase your food intake...

Thats my thought frame FB; A person that doesnt gain doesnt loose either. My metablolism has always been that way I dont gain I dont loose I stayed small... till I got pregnant Now Im stuck at this weight bc once again I dont gain or loose.

Nicole has lost alot of weight and she has gained some back not much but some shes doing it for attention. An anorexic person wouldnt have allowed themself to gain back anything I dont think...

well a big part of that is your body has an internal weight clock. it will fight like hell to keep you at a particular weight which is why to gain or lose weight...and keep it off or on it has to be a gradual, consistent effort.

I know that ensure three times a day added a lot of weight to my friend struggling with eating issues... nicole is all talk, no action... and who told her shes NOT anorexic??!! who is she to diagnose herself... and if it WAS a doctor who diaganosed her as "normal" eating behavior, then that doctor needs to be evaluated and his license should be REVOKED

Funny you mention Ensure...I've been having a few this past week myself. I was sick as a dog last week, and whenever I get sick, I lose weight and panic big time! I like the taste of them - I think they're yummy!

I agree souxsie! I do not understand how stick thin women have become the ideal! (not to rag on you teeny girls...) Every woman is different & should be worshipped for the goddess she is! Who really knows what Nic's deal is, but for all intents & purposes she really does look unhealthy...
