Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were back to their old tricks yesterday, but at least this time it was for a good cause. The couple helped feed Pizza Hut pizza to the hungry at the Union Rescue Mission in LA, and apparently there were plenty of extra slices to go around. Later in the day we had the pleasure of chatting with Spencer where he revealed that Heidi's appetite is a big part of her appeal.

1Heidi and Spencer...wow. I heard that she eats his ass 4 nights a week.
Heidi goes to the same plastic surgeon that I do.
2We chatted once in the waiting room.
She's pretty nice, on the surface.
But deep down, she's a sad, lost girl in Hollywood.
She told me that she misses the old days when she looked natural..now it's a constant "chase" for perfection.
i think heidi is to nice for spencer he is such an a#@ we all know that she can do way better sorry spencer but the truth hurts..
