Um, why is Taraji on the list? I thought she looked hot!

I didn't vote Taraji, but I'd say she's on there because her dress doesn't fit... maybe it (and her face) looks better from another angle...

I picked LeAnn because of the "way too formal" aspect, but it was tough...Megan is incredibly gorgeous and would have looked MUCH better with her hair down! Also only Kristen Stewart could pull off a relatively nice dress with high top Converse. Not my first choice, but it works for her...

So many worst dressed to choose from. I wouldn't have put several of these on the list, but Megan is definitely the worst.

Why can't Paris just dress tastefully? Let's say a classy chanel mini and some Louboutin pumps? She has the money to be chic and designer yet she always manages to look like she pulled something out of some tacky chain store. Why Paris? Why??? Nicki Hilton is so classy, why can't Paris rid the Barbie side and become stylish?

OMG popsugar, you have no style. can't stand her, but Megan was one of the best dressed. her dress reminds me of the one Leighton meester wore a few weeks ago...which popsugar also hated. this dress is fantastic. time to get some style sense.......

Yeha, but wasn't Leighton ridiculed for wearing that dress/pants thing? Or at least I know people were divided over it. Megan's dress actually reminds me of Beyonce's print dress, but Beyonce's was much longer. I'm not a big fan of Megan's hair, but I chose Taraji because it wasn't exactly age appropriate and I didn't like the back of her dress and the front seems a little big, lol.

while i'm pretty particular about hair and i do believe it can make or break outfits, paris - once again - is trying her very best to flash the world her snatch. so, i'm going with paris.

I thought Kristen Stewart might make this list. Those sneakers with the dress and that mop on her head and those dark eyes that made her looks stoned- she probably was but it didn't help the cause.

Mega Forehead for me. Her head shape is just too weird with that massive wide long forehead and a narrow chin.

Paris Hilton looks like an orange version of the doll inside a music box.
Remember that Leann Rhimes sang in the very "Formal" part of the evening so therefore her look is entirely appropriate.

Taraji P. Henson's dress was perfect for the MTV Movie Awards!! It was a lot of fun. It seems like something you'd see and want, but then have no place to wear it to. MTV!Where else would she be able to pull off a dress like that?! I think her dress was def appropriate for the event!! I like the fun ruffle butt. haha

Also, to Heath Ledger's Joker. Leighton Meester pulled off the Louis Vuitton look, Meghan Fox DID NOT. The shoes were wrong, the hair was wrong, and the dress length. All a mess.

I didn't HATE Megan Fox's dress - but her hair was nast and she is super annoying. And Paris is too. I am sick of both of them!

I voted for Taraji because I really didn't like that dress at all. Paris came a close second though, she always manages to look completely tacky. Megan's dress is gorgeous though, but her hair is awful!

And what exactly was wrong with Kristen Stewart's attire? I loved the Chucks with her dress -- which was cute and very age (and event) appropriate. Just because she doesn't want to dress in the same boring classic outfits that a lot of Hollywood still picks doesn't mean she didn't rock her outfit. (And no, I'm not defending her because she's in Twilight. I'm defending her because her outfit was nothing to complain about.)

What's with all the hate for Popsugar? Maybe she didn't like the dress but on the reason she gives for why Megan's on the list - its her hideous hair. I know the its best/ worst 'dressed'but you have to admit - Megan's look overall was hideous! I think she tried to do the 'wet' look so she'd look all sexy but it didn't work because the bottom of her hair was normal - hence why she looked like she'd just dumped her head int a chip vat.

Meagan is too tan in the upper area,the hair didn't do her any justice,any other time she looks great..
