Nicole Richie spent part of her afternoon out and about with Harlow after joining friends for lunch in LA yesterday. Harlow played with her mom's hair, though sometimes even Nicole doesn't love her 'do. Over the weekend Nicole's fringed bag was the perfect accessory at the Kidstock festival where she, Joel and Harlow celebrated art education for children. During the week, however, Joel was back to work but still made time to twitter about recording in the studio and his childhood crush on T-Boz from TLC.
