Lindsay Lohan arrived in London yesterday and headed to a studio for a photo shoot, where her jet lag caught up with her. She's has been traveling around Europe for work, but LL always manages to find some time for shopping as well. Apparently Samantha Ronson's hotel is just down the street, so the former travel partners and possibly involved-again flames can arrange an overseas meet up during their respective trips.
