Nicole Kidman was in character as she carried a duffel bag to a Goodwill box filming Rabbit Hole in NYC yesterday. In the movie Nicole plays a mother who loses her young son in an accident. It can't be an easy role for any mom, but after an emotional day on set time with her husband Keith and daughter Sunday sounds like the perfect pick-me-up.
More photos of Nicole so just read more.

I'm so happy her hair is red again!
1Is the news slow today? Why are we seeing so much of this has been lately?
2Should be interesting to see her face try to show emotion.
3i feel like all the roles that she takes on put her in the same type of clothes...kind of motherly and frumpy ish. she's got a great body - so that just doesn't make sense to me but oh well.
4Viada, que lots of grunting and squeaking as she tries to vocally convey emotion since her face can't do it any more.
I don't know how she gets hired for these kinds of roles anymore.
5ugh, her face
6you have to be desperate to read about someone and then comment go nicole you are truly a great actress and beautiful
7I saw the theater production of Rabbit Hole a few years ago and was excited when I later heard that Nicole Kidman bought the rights to it. I think she'll do a good job at it, seems like her type of film.
8Not that a movie about losing a child seems like her type of movie but she seems to go for the moody/ dramatic/ serious movies sometimes.
9nyc? nope, we don't have those goodwill boxes in the city. wonder where they're filming.
10Slated as a come-back vehicle for NK, wish her the best. Wanting to be taken seriously as an actress is always with her but I tend to think she's wasted her magnificent peak of beauteousness in glorious potential films like a remake of Anna Karenina or even Madam Bovary; instead we saw her in Birth, Diane Furwhatever (though this was when she's not at peak), the Birthday Girl, Dogville or all kinds of beyond artsie freakish films that no one really cared. She tends to play all these roles the same way...slight igenue, detached, tormented. Thesbian respect she lost and derision over her face, or replacement with desperation for her attempts at recapturing beauty is what we're witnessing. Regardless of quality of this film, it's going to bomb...simply because this kind of film is never a blockbuster...sad...so cliche.
