- Britney Spears is threatening to sue a Florida radio station that used bald pictures of her for billboards to promote their morning show and make fun of her mental state. Seems pretty nasty of them to exploit her lowest point and we certainly can't blame her for wanting to forget it either. - The Smoking Gun
- Shar Jackson has hired an attorney to fight Star Magazine's claim that she is pregnant with Kevin Federline's baby. Something tells us Shar is going to win this one. - TMZ
- It has still yet to be determined who leaked the voicemail that caused Alec Baldwin to lose custody of his daughter. This can't be good for Alec's infamous rage issues. - E! Online
- Tony Danza will once again take up the role of Max Bialstock in the Las Vegas production of The Producers. It's good to see he's still finding work after losing his talk show. - AP
- Jasmyne Cannick, a prominent gay and lesbian activist, has started a petition to ABC to get Isaiah Washington his job on Grey's back. Will this drama ever actually come to an end? - Page Six

How do you do a ywan emoticon directed at all the above has beens and one never was.
1Poor Brit! I think they are taking this way too far. It's one thing to poke fun, but to go as far as putting it on a billboard, come on! That's downright mean.
2Awww Brit! Star, stop trying to gain celebrity by doing this. If you and Kevin want to produce span..so be it! He's no type of man anyway!
3As much as Britney pisses me off sometimes, I agree with her actions this time around. That was really rude and un-called for. I hope she gets what she is asking for.
4I don't mind Brit really and wish her well but I don't think she should be able to sue the station for putting those pics on billboards- she was the crazy one who shaved her hair to begin with.
5awww poor Brit !
6I know poking fun is not a bad thing....especially for a morning radio show! I mean that's how they get their listeners! But the billboard thing is a bit harsh! I hope Brit gets what she deserves!
7As for Shar and KFed seriously their 15 minutes is up....go away!
I think it pretty obvious that Kim Basinger gad something to do with the Alec Baldwin tapes leaking, but hey, maybe Im crazy.
8wow thats mean poor brit
9I sympathize with Brit...it's not easy to be made fun of when you're at your most vulnerable.
Not sure how I feel about the Grey's Anatomy thing. I mean the guy apologized and did that PSA, so why fire him? But Don Imus was fired for pretty much the same reason, and he apologized too. Racism and prejudice are ugly issues, but if racist/prejudiced people acknowledge that they are wrong, and try to make amends, should we continue to punish them? I know I've said some prejudiced things in my time...but I've changed, and I would hope that I wouldn't have to keep paying for my ignorance for the rest of my life.
10Why don't we just leave Britt alone and let her find herself? Impossible I know, because we are all drawn to her - but I can't help but feel bad for her.
11As for the whole billboard Brit issue, she should sue every magazine that "exploited" her when she was in that state of mind. If this radio station is doing it purely for publicity and to get more listeners, then aren't these magazine and other websites doing the same thing with those very same pics? Brit just wants buzz before this so called come back is put into place.
12umm she has two kids, has been married twice and is a grownass woman, she should have found herself by now before she had the kids.
13I don't know Dulce Sky about Britney. I mean she constantly puts herself in a position to be made fun of. If you go to other blog sites they make fun of her too using some nasty headlines to go with their harsh commentaries. Will she sue them too? She just needs to realize that cleaning up her act will be her best revenge, but I doubt that will happen because as you say Britney is at her "most vulnerable."
14its going to be mean of me to say this but in reality it is her fault no one told her to shave her head and then go out in public, its cruel but hey its your fault, on the brihgt side she is starting to look like the old pretty britney, shar and federjerk really need to go away
15agree deedeelee
16the pics did not belong to her, so I dont think she is going to win this one
17:yawn: who cares?
18i think she can sue and should win over the pictures. no one should be able to make money off her image without her permission.
19those pics were public.... meh... I dont care.... the adds were funny
20She will win because they are using her likness in promotions and she is paid for that.
How deliciously scandalous if Shar was preggars by Kfed though.
21:YAWN: i wonder if that works
22ok, guess not..but yea...yawn to all the above..next post..
23Ok I really have never felt sorry for Brit but this is over the line.
24she-shaved-her-head-in-public-people. if you want privacy don't invite company over. if you want to be left alone 1) don't become a celebrity. 2) wear underwear at all times 3) don't chase after people holding camera's and video equipment with an umbrella (and i believe w/o a wig). boo-hoo, celebrity wh*re got her pix put on i billboard with the hair-don't she gave herself.
and jaxon, i so agree
25Truth Hurts and that's why she's mad but the only person to blame is her...
26I'm sick and tired of her playing the victim when she's a stupid and nasty pig!
I love Tony Danza. He's a really nice person in real life.
27I think Britney needs to decide if she cares about what people like DJs and tabloids have to say about her, or if she doesnt care. I think it would be healthy and more professional of her to spend more energy on building her career than trying to keep people from talking about her.
28That said, I can see how she could win this lawsuit though. But E! showed the photos to promote their show that night and she's not suing them. So...
lol Tatti on the  part. I hoped there was a smiley for that one. all I can use for a substitute is
29PinkFlats, the lawsuit is kinda silly because lots of folks were making fun of her, I agree. I'm just saying that I can understand why she feels like suing...she was at a low point when she shaved her head off, and probably feels embarrassed that she made such a spectacle of herself. Suing people probably makes her feel like she can get some of her dignity back, you know? But the best way to get her dignity back is to get her act together, and not focus so much on what people say.
30I don't care for Brit, but that isn't cool. She has every right to fight back. As far as Alec, he should have lost his daughter. If he's that way on a voice message, what's he like in person?!
31I think that's wrong of the radio station to do that. I would feel the same way if I was in her shoes. Poor Britney
32poor britney, waa waa waa - shoe me her money...
33I think its funny that it was a "Clear Channel" station. IMO they are some self righteous folks. She acted out in public not in a private setting. I think they are calling a spade a spade. She sure doesnt help her own image the way she is running around with boobs falling out, wearing dresses backwards and other silly things she continues to do.
34I agree that Isaiah should not have been fired based on his use of the word "f*ggot". If there were other reasons, such as he was terrible to work with, always late or intoxicated, it would make much more sense. But you can't fight intolerance with intolerance and I can understand why some people would cry racism about this, especially considering what other *white* actors/actresses have been able get away with *ahem* Kate Moss doing coke, various other celebs getting caught doing drugs and saying racist or anti-Semitc slurs (cough Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson). . . coincidence being they're all of a certain. . . distinction.
Geniune apologies to anyone who is offended. I just feel like he did what he was supposed to do to make amends and is still being treated differently than certain other people would.
Now if he was just a plain jerk and terrible to deal with and was unprofessional, they should have made that clear instead of basically giving the public the impression that anyone who calls someone a f*ggot will lose their job, but you won't lose endorsements if you're a drugged up mom, anti-Semite or racist.
35In fact, Popsugar doesn't mention it but Jasmyne Cannick started that petition for Isaiah Washington because she thinks his termination was racially motivated. Interesting twist!
36Britney is such a nutjob. If she didn't want people laughing at her.She shouldn't act nasty and do dumb things. She is a joke. That is why they made the billboards.
37this is just coming out? i was in jacksonville in may and the billboards had been up for a while already. i feel bad for her because no one should be subject to the stuff she's dealing with. i guess that's the price of celebrity though
38i totally agree with you, mar. i think it was the B**** kim that leaked the tapes. not that i am excusing alec's behavior, but i'm pretty sure she's been undermining his parental rights since the finalization of the divorce. i thought i read somewhere that she was being considered for contempt charges based on her behavior.
39As to Baldwin, it's not so important WHO LEAKED; what's important is his true nature and sick behaviour with his family.
40I think Britney doesn't deserve the billboards.
41If the lawsuit ever goes to court, all the lawyers need to do is haul out gigantic blow ups of Brits Va-Jay-Jay that she happily exposed to the world for all to grimace and laugh at. S
