Rachel Bilson strutted her stuff in booties out grabbing coffee with a friend in LA yesterday. Rachel has been catching up with her friends and family while she's back in California after trips to NYC and Europe. The starlet got engaged in February, but we've yet to hear anything from the couple about their plans.
