Leo De-Crap sure lost out! She definately showed that little boy - she doesn't play with "little" things anymore! Gisele is a very beautiful woman and now a very rich one at that. Too bad others can't be happy for her and just accept the fact that "yeah!!! there are girls prettier than you!" Too bad you were born with the "ugly" genes! Gisele is definately the next best thing next to an angel!

what i always liked about Gisele is that she has a great personality, she used to say here in Brazil that her career took off so well because she only cared about HER career, the others models as soon as other girl started to get a lot of casting jobs and media the models would be very jealous and get mad, Gisele told that when she arrived in US and started to get lots of work the others models stopped to talk to her and were mean to her.
But she didn't give a damn, until today i truly think that if she get to open a runway show is ok, if she doesnt then is also ok, as long as she get paid.
if she was in the cover of VS catalog then fine, if wasnt,its also fine. she really isnt a diva like Naomi or Linda.

I have to agree with the posters who said they don't understand why Gisele is the highest paid model. However, going against what I just said, I do like her. Her body is absolutely, 100% perfect, and she seems to have a great personality...I just wouldn't consider her extremely beautiful. Don't get me wrong, I do think she's pretty (though slightly manly in the face), but I think there are many models who are much better looking. For instance, going along with the Victoria's Secret theme, I think Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima are much better looking than Gisele and they also have fantastic bodies and great personalities.

PS: I think leaving VS is going to turn out to be a huge mistake, especially since she's getting a bit old in model years.

PPS: Has anyone else noticed how all of the VS models have the same goofy, happy-go-lucky personality, like Heidi Klum?

I don't think Gisele is supermodel material at all. She is not beautiful, she is quite plain looking. I don't understand all the hype about her at all.

Gisele made one of the best decisions of her career when she didn't renew her contract with VS. She simply doesn't need them anymore. She's not just a supermodel, she's a super celebrity. She has contracts with companies from all over the globe, like Ebel. VS is huge only in the States.

well all these people saying they're not a fan of her face I guess you may not appreciate her type of beauty. it's different, far from ordinary, it's unique and exotic and beautiful. I happen to love defined bone structure. i cannot stand round faces on skinny girls (sorry just my opinion)well actually i know tons of people who hate round faces too.lol but anyways what i love most about her is her face! i can stare at her pics all day! she truly is a great model more than just being pretty. she can have different looks and her photos are not ever boring. unlike some models who are more pretty tahn great models...i won't list any names but there are a certain somebodies who always give sexy come hither looks...com'on thats boring go for maxim or playboy if that s all you can do in front of the camera. models are more than just pretty they have to havve a look. and be different from the next girl. When Gis got famous she was so different than what they were seeing that the industry ate her up! I prefer her face over her body. i love her body to but if i was going to critizize her for anything her waist is rather wide and she is maybe a little too thin. but her body is perfect I'm just saying her face to me is even more so.
