5You know, this crap about Jessica firing her publicist makes me really angry (I work in Marketing & Publicity). You can't make me believe for one second that neither she nor her dad had "any" idea that those stories were going to print. She just has sour grapes because John "dumped" her and so she's trying to pin it on someone. She got more publicity off of that supposed relationship than she had since she dumped Nick.
6p.s. congrats to Patrick Dempsey! I know he's supposedly "McDreamy" now...but, I can't get his skinny, nerdy image out of my head from all those movies he did in the 80's...

9Did you all see Sean on Larry King saying his brother died from being overweight? What crap that is, his brother had Diazepam, Ethanol, codeine, morphine, ephedrine, and methamphedimine, cocaine and marijuana in his system at the time of autopsy, and Sean says he died of being fat? Please!!! Give me a break. And King didn't even challenge him on it!
10Of coarse not.. KING has no balls. he is a yes man to the stars. How about Sean caring more about his family than spreading his hateful words in about America. Sean is good at blaming but never being accountable for his own actions.. that is what makes him a tool!!! Maybe he should have focused his energy on an intervention with his brother and not bashing the politics in the US.
11ohsuri...it's so sad. Her mom & agent talked her into doing this movie called "Hound Dog" (there were stories about it a little while back) about a girl who is s*xually abused...she filed a r*pe scene & some n*de scenes. Robin Wright-Penn said a bunch of crap about how the movie was so important blahblah & was fighting for funding, etc. I'm not sure if Sean helped produce it, but I heard something along those lines? Anyway....it just sickened me.
12p.s. Quite frankly, I question a lot of their film choices. "She's De Lovely" & "Hurly Burly" both bothered me.

Rob Shuter did EXACTLY what Joe Simpson told him to do. According to my friend at People, Papa Joe made the first call to People about the Mayer thing and Shuter made it all pretty. Shuter's a jerk, and a sleazy indivdual (he used to do Paris Hilton's dirty work and planted false articles about Zeta Graff) but he has a history of doing exactly what his clients WANT him to do.

16Pad--did you also read about how Jessica's people booked a room for him in her hotel & staged a "sleepover" for Jess & her sister, etc. at same hotel to make it look like they were there together, when in fact John was never at the hotel?

23Shame on Penn but he is insanely talented and a good guy so forgiven in my book. As far as HurlyBurly, that is a FAMOUS FAMOUS play. BTW, Sean Penn was one of the only known people out there risking his own life to save others when Hurricane Katrina first hit. He literally was out there rowing around in a boat looking for people. You couldn't even get the Presidient of the United States land in New Orleans until weeks later. Oh sorry,...I forgot...he did "fly over" to check it out. How brave.
24Wow unmerry that is so freaky about Dakota! What is wrong with parents? Shame on the Penns too, that's unforgivable really. The smoking thing I have to admit I find funny because its Canada and of course we wouldn't tell him to put it out! but that other $hit is bad stuff.

25Why is the Simpson camp always playing the blame game? She didn't run the story by John's people and he didn't like being used so he dumped her. It happens... If she would just let it be said she was dumped then I would like her for that

27Jenna - totally agree with you, why do they try to blame everyone else for thier screw ups. That is what makes me dislike them even more. This story just enforces the Sipmson family is a joke.
